Alliance Metal Works Ltd. has recently moved to a newer and larger location.

Conveniently located in the city of Brampton, Ontario, Alliance Metal Works Ltd. is only minutes away from the Toronto International Airport with the advantage of having easy access to Hwy's 401, 407 and 410.

Our industrial unit has a working area of 14, 000 sq. feet with a ground level door and a loading dock at the rear. There is also the option of loading and off loading with our forklift in where the max. capacity is 8, 000 lbs.

FABRICATION AND PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT

This area of our shop consists of three main machines:

NC Shear

Capacity to shear sizes up to 1/4" thick and 10 ft. long.

                                                                      

CNC Punching

CNC Turret Punch Press - Capacity up to 30 ton. 1/4" thick mild steel.
                                            40" x 40" sheet, 52 stations, two auto index.

Forming

NC Press Brakes - Capable of forming up to 1/4" thick x 10 ft. long sheets.

WELDING DEPARTMENT

Mig, Tig and Spot welding.
Plasma cutting.
Capable of welding S.S., aluminum and steel.

                                                                   

     All welding performed in accordance with CSA W59-M and AWS D1.2 and all welders are certified accordingly.
